About HERVASA

HERVASA, a Cape Town-based retirement village management operator and consultancy, provides services to developers and managers involved in Retirement and Health Care developments throughout South Africa.

HERVASA was introduced to the Retirement and Health Care industry in November 1999 by its founder, Donovan Kotze, a well-known leader within this field. HERVASA is the result of Donovan’s ongoing commitment to providing quality care and lifestyles for seniors.

Donovan’s 17 years of experience within retirement village management enables HERVASA to currently enjoy the successful management of 6 retirement villages and 2 new villages under construction.

In addition to its normal services, HERVASA now offers various Service Agreements to developers and operators of retirement villages and health care. Donovan’s experience in the successful management of these specialised areas means that the developments under HERVASA’s management all have 3 to 10 year contracts in place.
